Privacy Policy

Effective [Month Day, 2026]

The short version

We collect only what we need to give you financial advice and run our business. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the firms that help us serve you, such as the custodian that holds your accounts, and when the law requires it.

Questions about this policy can go to Chris Pappe directly at [email address].

Who this covers

This policy explains how Autorotate Wealth Management LLC (“Autorotate,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information. It applies to visitors to autorotatewealth.com, to people who contact us about our services, and to current and former clients.

If you become a client, you will also receive our formal privacy notice when our relationship begins and whenever our practices change in a way that requires a new notice. That notice is part of this policy.

  • Regulators, auditors, and legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or examination.
  • Other professionals, such as your accountant or attorney, only when you direct us to.

We never sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a small number of cookies so that it works properly. We use [Google Analytics / Jetpack Stats / no analytics] to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed most. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features such as scheduling may not.

Our scheduling tool, [Calendly / other], and any other embedded services operate under their own privacy policies.

How we protect it

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect client information. These include encrypted storage and transmission, multi-factor authentication on our systems, restricted access, and written security policies. We require our service providers to safeguard your information as well.

Email is not a secure way to send sensitive information. Please do not email Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents. We will give you a secure way to send them.

If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

How long we keep it

Investment advisers must keep certain records for at least five years, and sometimes longer. We keep client information for as long as the law requires and as long as needed to serve you. After that, we securely dispose of it. Inquiries that don’t lead to a client relationship are deleted within [24 months].

These rules apply to former clients too. If you end our relationship, we continue to protect your information as this policy describes.

Your choices and rights

  • Access and correction. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to correct anything that is inaccurate.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information. We will do so except where the law requires us to keep it.
  • Communications. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or general updates at any time. As a client, you will still receive required account and regulatory communications.

Some states give residents additional privacy rights. Much of the information we hold as a financial institution is governed by federal financial privacy law instead of those state laws. Even so, we will consider any request you send and answer within 45 days.
